Getting started
How do I sign in to Roundhouse by AI Dojo?
AI Dojo uses Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). On the login screen, select Continue with Microsoft and sign in with your work account. If you can’t sign in, ask your firm’s AI Dojo admin to confirm you’ve been invited and have access.
Please note: Roundhouse does not accept non Microsoft Entra accounts at this stage.
I see multiple organisations — which one should I choose?
Each organisation is a separate workspace (e.g., different firms/tenants). Select the organisation you intend to work in. If you’re unsure, check with your admin before proceeding.
How do I start a new chat?
Go to Home, pick an assistant card, then select Get started to open a new chat or click on the 'new chat' icon in the top left hand navigation panel.
Choosing the right assistant
Which assistant should I use for my task?
Start with the assistant that best matches the job (e.g., Everyday Assistant vs tax research vs client communications). If you’re unsure, begin with the Everyday Assistant and describe your outcome and inputs (files, ledger extracts, emails), change the model in the Language Model Selector and experiment with other models.
Why can’t I access a certain assistant?
Some assistants may be Coming Soon or disabled by your organisation’s admin (licensing/compliance). If you need access, contact your admin.
Help & support
Where is the Help Centre and how do I contact support?
Select the speech-bubble in the bottom-right (Beacon) to search articles, ask a question, or report a bug/feature request.
I can’t find Analytics:
Analytics are typically admin-only. If you need usage reporting, ask an admin in your organisation.
Using the platform (core features)
What is the Prompt Pad?
A place to save reusable prompts (templates) so you can insert them into new chats quickly.
What does the Magic Wand (Prompt Enhancer) do?
It helps refine your draft prompt into a clearer, more effective request. Review the suggested prompt before sending.
What's language model selector?
It’s a setting that lets you choose which AI model your chat uses. Different models can vary in:
- Speed: Faster responses vs more deliberative ones
- Quality: More accurate or better reasoning for complex tasks
- Cost/limits: Different usage limits or pricing
- Capabilities: Some handle longer context, files, coding, or writing better than others
Can I continue a previous chat?
Yes - open Recent Chats and select the conversation to pick up where you left off.
Sharing & collaboration
How does chat sharing work, and who can see shared chats?
Sharing creates a link for collaboration within your organisation, letting colleagues view and copy a chat. You can either:
- Share with your whole organisation: Anyone in your organisation with access can open the link and view/copy the chat.
- Share privately with specific colleagues: Invite one or more colleagues so only they can access a copy.
- Share via link: Send the link to collaborators.
Files & uploads
What file types can I upload?
Common formats like PDFs, Office docs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), CSVs and images are supported. If an upload fails, try converting the file (e.g., export to PDF/CSV) and re-upload.
Can I upload multiple files at once?
Yes—attach multiple files in a single chat so the assistant can analyse them together.
Why aren’t my documents available yet?
Sometimes uploads take a moment to finish processing and appear in the app, and you may need to refresh the page for documents to load. Larger files can also take a little longer to show up. If something is still missing after refresh, contact support via Beacon with details of the file and prompt.
Account & access (admin-managed)
How do I reset my password or update email?
Sign-in, password resets and emails are managed by your organisation’s Microsoft Entra ID settings. Contact your IT/admin team for changes.
