  • Your data stays in Australia — all storage, backups, and infrastructure run on Microsoft Azure (Australia East).
  • Your data is never used to train AI models — documents, chats, and outputs are processed only to deliver your response, nothing more.
  • Your data is isolated — strict controls ensure no other organisation on the platform can access your firm's data.
  • Access is tightly controlled — the platform uses your existing Microsoft or Google account for login (SSO), so if someone leaves the firm and their account is disabled, their access is immediately revoked.
  • Deletion is supported — upon request, AI Dojo will securely delete all data associated with your organisation.
